Our standard lead time for web orders is 3-5 working days.
Customers in the Republic of Ireland and other EU member states, please contact enquiries@ashandflame.co.uk to place an order for spares or accessories. Ash & Flame genuine replacement spare parts and stone care products can now be purchased directly through our Ash & Flame online shop. For more information about fire bricks and when to replace them, click here.
Please note due to updated courier restrictions on the shipment of hazardous goods, we are limited to supplying one can of aerosol paint per order/shipment.
Please do not check out with more than one can as your order will become stuck in the system. Please contact enquiries@ashandflame.co.uk fire place for further assistance if required.
